O'Hanley » Children's Photographer London

F.A.Q.

When do you shoot?

In our busy modern world it can be difficult to find the time to get the family together in one place at the same time. With this in mind, I try to be as flexible as possible so you can make plans.

I offer location shoots 7 days a week, and studio sessions from Monday to Saturday. I offer up to 2 sessions a day, in the morning and afternoon. We can talk about a specific time when you make the booking.

Do you work in my area?

If you live in London or elsewhere in the South East, then yes. I’ve recently worked in St John’s Wood, Primrose Hill, Regent’s Park, Highgate, Hampstead, Crouch End, Muswell Hill, Islington, Putney, Richmond, Chelsea, South Kensington, Holland Park, Notting Hill, Wimbledon, Dulwich and Greenwich.

Although I can work elsewhere in the country, my location price is for the South East only. If you live further afield I’d still love to photograph your family, so please get in touch for a quote.

It’s raining. Can the shoot still go ahead?

The weather in our country can be ‘changeable’ at the best of times! But we can always work around a bit of drizzle. In fact, an overcast day is preferable to a bright one when it comes to photography. I always monitor the forecast for the day and if I think it won’t be suitable, I will call you as early as possible to re-arrange the shoot.

How and when will I see my pictures?

I upload pictures with watermarks to an online gallery 1 to 2 weeks after your shoot. You are then free to view and buy your favourites in your own time, and without any sales pressure. You can also share your gallery with family and friends who may also wish to make a purchase.

Is there a minimum spend when it comes to products?

Not at all. It’s entirely up to you which of my premium products you choose to buy.

Do you shoot newborns?

Absolutely. I offer newborn shoots in the comfort of your own home. These sessions aren’t available at my studio however.

How do I pay?

You can pay by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Session fees are payable prior to the shoot. When the shoot date is confirmed, I’ll send you an invoice. Your booking is confirmed when payment is received. When you’ve chosen the products you’d like to buy, I’ll send you another invoice for that purchase.

It all sounds fantastic! How do I book?

Fabulous news. Drop me an email with your preferred shoot dates, times and location, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Click on the ‘Contact’ tab at the top right of my website or email me directly at: ben@ohanley.co.uk. I look forward to working with you!
